Key Responsibilities:
As a Female Hostel Warden, you will be entrusted with creating a safe and conducive environment for our students. Key responsibilities include:
1️⃣ Student Welfare: Promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the residents.
2️⃣ Mentorship and Guidance: Offering guidance, support, and mentorship to students, aiding their personal and spiritual growth.
3️⃣ Community Building: Encouraging a sense of belonging and sisterhood among students, organizing events and activities to foster connections.
4️⃣ Safety and Security: Ensuring the safety of the hostel premises, implementing emergency procedures, and promptly addressing any concerns.
5️⃣ Discipline and Etiquette: Upholding the values and principles of the institute, guiding students in maintaining discipline and respectful behavior.
6️⃣ Administration: Assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining records, managing inventory, and coordinating with relevant departments.
Requirements:
– Deep understanding and appreciation of Buddhist principles and philosophy.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Compassionate and patient demeanor, with the ability to offer guidance and support.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Previous experience in hostel management, counselling, or spiritual education is desirable.
– A female candidate is preferred due to the nature of the position.
