The Female NTI Alumni Conference 2026 was a three-day national gathering organised by the female alumni of Nagarjuna Training Institute from 16 to 18 January 2026 at the Nagaloka Campus, Nagpur. The conference brought together women alumni with the objectives of reconnecting with their NTI roots and community, sharing life experiences and achievements, strengthening sisterhood and leadership, and discussing ways to contribute to society and support present and future NTI students.
The conference provided a meaningful platform for discussions on mental and physical health, spirituality, gender inequality and patriarchy, higher education, constitutional responsibility and democratic values. Participants engaged in interactive discussions, group activities, meditation, reflection and experience-sharing. The sessions encouraged women to reflect on their personal journeys, aspirations, challenges and opportunities for further growth.
A significant aspect of the conference was its focus on education, confidence-building and leadership. Discussions highlighted the importance of guidance and mentorship in higher education, while participants were provided information about admissions, scholarships and subject selection for institutions such as TISS and Azim Premji University. The conference also encouraged participants to contribute their knowledge, skills and experiences to society and to strengthen networks of mutual support.
The conference concluded with reflections on scientific temper, equality, liberty, fraternity and constitutional values, encouraging participants to carry these principles into their everyday lives and social engagement. Evening reflection sessions, shared memories and collective discussions created a strong sense of connection and shared purpose among the alumni.
Overall, the conference strengthened the relationship between NTI and its female alumni and created a foundation for continued learning, leadership, mutual support and collective social contribution. The successful gathering also generated suggestions for future alumni activities, including platforms for self-expression, confidence-building and greater opportunities for women to connect and grow.
