These students represent 12 different states, including Maharashtra (the highest enrollment), Haryana, Odisha, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Meghalaya, and Chhattisgarh,. The course originated in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic to continue the mission of spreading the teachings of the Buddha and Dr. B.R. Ambedkar when residential training was not possible.
