The Ashoka Dhammadutta retreat was held at Nagaloka for five days for those who are taking Dhamma classes in their villages. The purpose of the retreat was to review and evaluate them. Dh. Lokamitra and Dh. Maitriyanath was facilitating the retreat.
There were 15 clusters from five states in this retreat and they all got a chance to share their experiences including challenges and how they are facing it. It was a very good platform where everyone got an opportunity to discuss deeply how to teach and face the people in the community while conducting dhamma activities. In the discussion, they had several thoughts to discuss such as; how to work in a team, how to deal with local and community people. they had a discussion about the outcome/Expected Result:
