This year, the Alumni Conference will be an open conference, providing an opportunity for NTI alumni to come together for reflection, exchange of experiences, networking and planning for the future.
Themes of the Conference
The two-day conference will provide space for discussion and exploration around the following themes:

An opportunity to reflect on different aspects of the present social, educational, economic and cultural situation in India and consider their relevance to our work.
2. Sharing Alumni Work and Experiences
A survey and sharing of the work being carried out by NTI alumni who remain closely connected with Nagaloka, including their experiences, initiatives and challenges.

Reviving the NTI Alumni Association
Alongside the main conference programme, there will be a special discussion with the NTI core team and alumni on the revival and strengthening of the NTI Alumni Association.
The discussion will explore ways to:
- Reconnect NTI alumni across India.
- Develop a more active and coordinated alumni network.
- Encourage alumni to share their experience, skills and initiatives.
- Create opportunities for alumni collaboration.
- Develop regular communication and engagement among alumni.
- Plan future alumni programmes, training and collaborative activities.
This will be an important opportunity to consider how the Alumni Association can become a meaningful platform for continued connection and cooperation among NTI alumni.
Strengthening Organisational Processes
The core team will also use this gathering to discuss some of the newly implemented requirements relating to activity documentation, reporting and organisational compliance, including systems for maintaining records of activities. The objective is to develop clearer and more consistent processes for documenting NTI’s educational, social and cultural activities and strengthening the organisation’s reporting practices.
